Most people tell me they are TOO BUSY at work... and everywhere else. Many rarely leave their offices!

BUT, everybody gets to have a quick look around the 'Net to de-stress, and this site is just for them!

A place for busy people to live their lives vicariously and have something to look forward to when they leave the office.

This section has the links you need for the things you are TOO BUSY to go out and look for. And you help support this site!

These pages have all the links you need to explore the things that help you relax for those valuable 5 minutes before the next task.

So when you do escape from the office into the real world, you've caught up on all the things you like to enjoy, and may even have something to look forward to. This is the place to find a good book or DVD, download music and movies (legally, of course), compare specs and prices, find stuff for your hobby, plan your travel, and all the other stuff you just don't have time to leave the office for.

In short, this is all the stuff that we at USI don't have time to go out for either, but use during those valuable 5 minutes when a job is done, the phone is quiet, and we just have to grab some down time to calm our stressed out minds.

Effective people take a 5 minute de-stress break about every hour, and we do pride ourselves on being effective.

Please note that this part of the site is a work in progress, and much more is waiting to be added during those other 5 minute breaks when our boss is actually watching. If you have any suggestions for the types of things you would like to find here, please let us know.
